Welcome to Chatoree. By using our food delivery platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Chatoree is a food delivery aggregator platform operated by Ashok Infotech, connecting customers with FSSAI-licensed restaurants in Ahmedabad. We facilitate orders but do not prepare or sell food ourselves.

2. User Accounts

• You must be 18+ to place orders
• Provide accurate contact and delivery information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• One account per person

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Orders are subject to restaurant acceptance
• Payment via online gateway (Razorpay) or cash on delivery
• Delivery fees are clearly displayed before checkout

4. Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 30-45 minutes
• Actual time may vary based on traffic and restaurant preparation
• You must be available at delivery address
• We are not liable for delays beyond our control

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before restaurant accepts
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

6. Restaurant Partners

• All restaurants are FSSAI licensed
• Food quality is restaurant's responsibility
• Report issues within 24 hours of delivery

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Misuse the platform
• Harass delivery partners or restaurant staff
• Place fraudulent orders

8. Liability

• We are not liable for food quality issues (contact restaurant)
• Not responsible for allergic reactions or food-borne illness
• Maximum liability limited to order value

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks are owned by Chatoree (Ashok Infotech) or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes. We will notify you of significant changes via email or app notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and personal data at any time:

• In-App: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
• Email: Send request to support@chatoree.in with subject "Delete My Account"
• Web: Visit chatoree.in/delete-account

Upon deletion request:

• Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days
• Transaction records will be retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax laws
• Any pending orders will be cancelled
• This action is irreversible
